Main accountabilities:
  • Lead and coordinate all HR and People related activities during the Khan Tengri (new snacks plant in Almaty) start-up in 2026;
  • Ensure smooth staffing process in full within afreed project budget and timing with aim to guarantee production start within capex timeline;
  • Coordinate and ensure establishing of administration, communication, training and adaptation for new personnel;
  • Contribute to implementation of facility and safety standards (layout, medical check, delivery, canteen, logos, info boards, sport-relax rooms, cleaning, office-design);
  • Be a part of local Project team within Khan Tengri construction and startup phase. Consult managers on people related part of the project;
  • Ensure ER clearness and PEP policies compliance at new site;
  • Ensure implementation all PepsiCo HR core process on new site – On-Boarding, PMP, OHS, FLE Engagement, Code of Conduct, self-administration, vacations, etc;
  • Coordinate local HR related activities with HQ COE and Central Functions;
  • Link with local labor authorities;
  • Leadership and governance of people standards.
Job requirements:
  • High Education with minimum of 5 years experience in FMCG (preferably) foods operations. Ideally mix of site HR BP and mass staffing experience;
  • In depth knowledge of HR across multiple disciplines (Staffing, BP, Admin) with thorough understanding of Legal and H&S requirements;
  • English (upper-intermediate as minimum);
  • Strong Project Management and flawless execution skills;
  • Matrix collaboration and savvy communication skills;
  • Positive style influencer providing strong input to the people related agenda;
  • Decision making and ability to work independent.
