Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Picture of success implementation by Customer including: right Assortment listing and OSA, planograms, mainshelf requirements, touchpoints;
  • Lead negotiation with Customers in collaboration with KAMs on main shelf size & checkout and other PICOS blocks;
  • Develop Shopper activations for TOP10 Customers, implementation and further effectiveness analysis;
  • Work closely with KAMs to develop building blocks to maximize incremental growth & ensure optimal investment;
  • Establish and elevate PepsiCo’s Category Management credentials to gain Category Captaincy status with key Retailers. Pioneer Joint Value Creation and drive mutually beneficial strategic projects;
  • Build and present to Senior leadership holistic quarterly/monthly retail Customer and competitor business and category reviews, leveraging multiple information sources including internal shipment data, Nielsen, Shopper Panel data, and other insights;
  • Drives Category Development thinking and capability, Space Management agenda within the organization, leads training programs & selling tools for Sales, Marketing, Revenue etc teams on CatMan PepsiCo Way across categories / sub-channels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree;
  • Expertise and experience in trade marketing/sales no less than 3-5 years, preferred in FMCG with proven results;
  • Hard skills: market analysis, category management, sales planning, promotional and price strategies, data analysis and visualization, budgeting, strategic vision;
  • Soft skills: strong communication and negation ability, collaboration, leadership, proactivity, flexibility, agility;
  • English: upper intermediate.
