Обязанности:
- Develop and manage customer relationships, focusing on understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Provide technical support and inform customers about product offerings.
- Handle incoming customer requests, prepare detailed specifications and orders, and coordinate with suppliers. Oversee purchasing and sales processes within ERP systems, and manage customer complaints and claims.
- Analyze customer needs, research market trends, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitor contract compliance, including cost, delivery times, and terms.
- Control accounts receivable and implement strategies to reduce them.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, particularly in the construction chemicals sector (experience with geotechnical products is an advantage).
- Proven track record of success in the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in working within a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
- A valid driver's license (Category B).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and ERP systems.
- Relevant certifications (if applicable).
- Conversational English proficiency.
