Обязанности:
  • Develop and manage customer relationships, focusing on understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Provide technical support and inform customers about product offerings.
  • Handle incoming customer requests, prepare detailed specifications and orders, and coordinate with suppliers. Oversee purchasing and sales processes within ERP systems, and manage customer complaints and claims.
  • Analyze customer needs, research market trends, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
  • Monitor contract compliance, including cost, delivery times, and terms.
  • Control accounts receivable and implement strategies to reduce them.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Требования:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, particularly in the construction chemicals sector (experience with geotechnical products is an advantage).
  • Proven track record of success in the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in working within a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and ERP systems.
  • Relevant certifications (if applicable).
  • Conversational English proficiency.
