Customer support manager (English, incoming calls)

MyFlowers is a new and innovative company providing high quality flowers and a unique delivery service. We currently have the opening for a Customer Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- Consulting potential/existing customers on company's services over the phone (no cold calls)
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationship

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- English - Advanced (C1/C2)
- Work experience in customer service (at least 1 year) preferably in an international company
- ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Availability of stable Internet connection

Conditions:

- Work schedule:​​​​​ 2/2 11:00 am - 11:00 pm (Moscow time)
- Salary (60K RUB) net per month (4K per shift) + 6% to reimburse income tax if you are self-employed
