Main accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to recruit, onboard, and manage distributors in Central Asia;
  • Identify and evaluate potential distributors based on predefined criteria and strategic alignment;
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential regions for distributor expansion;
  • Provide training, support, and resources to empower distributors to effectively market and sell PEP products;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, DX, SC and Finance teams to align distributor strategies with overall company goals;
  • Establish strong relationships with key distributor partners and manage ongoing communications to foster engagement and resolve any issues;
  • Monitor and analyze distributor performance against predefined KPIs and take corrective actions as needed;
  • Conduct regular (quarterly based) Distributors assessment and control the implementation of the action plans by RSMs;
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements;
  • Create and deliver presentations, reports, and updates on distributor development progress to senior management.
Job requirements:
  • Higher education;
  • Work experience in FMCG sector in a similar position from 4 years;
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding distributor networks and achieving sales targets;
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to travel extensively to meet with distributors and explore new markets;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
