The IT company Andersen is currently in search of a Head of lead generation team (Linkedin)

Andersen is an international Pre-IPO software development company. We take pride in serving clients located in North America, Western Europe, Israel, Australia, the UAE, and South Africa.

Responsibilities:
- Creation, management, and optimization of lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn.
- Team management for lead generation (recruitment, mentoring, conversion monitoring).
- Search and testing of new hypotheses.
- Execution of monthly lead generation plans.

Must-haves:
- Higher education.
- Experience in lead generation on LinkedIn and building lead generation teams.
- Proficient in both spoken and written communication.
- Understanding of marketing processes.
- Strategic thinking, ability to see the big picture, and think in terms of 1-3 years.
- Ability to generate fresh and bold ideas.
- Experience working in large teams or companies.
- Knowledge of business etiquette, initiative, determination, and creativity.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Resilience to monotonous tasks, perseverance, and stress tolerance.
- Level of English - Intermediate and above.
