Responsibilities:
  • Organization of the development department work – designers, product managers, engineers, technologists, sourcing (China, Turkey);
  • Creation and control of the system for analyzing the efficiency of processes and employees of the development department (day/week/month/quarter/half-year/year);
  • Creation and development of a "quality control" system, control standards in China and Uzbekistan;
  • Development of a system of interaction with suppliers – requirements, specifications, standards, compliance with deadlines. Monitoring all stages of interaction, obtaining discounts;
  • Monitoring the processing of feedback and retail audit results on quality issues. Implementation of changes;
  • Monitoring team activities and monitoring deadlines at all stages of development and production – compliance with Business Calendar deadlines. The goal is timely arrival of goods to the warehouse in Tashkent;
  • Working with the cost of the product and mark-up, practicing the pre-costing system. Cost control, cost reduction;
  • Developing specifications (import, local production). Control over the use of specifications at all stages;
  • Range plan - development with the team for the season, training and control of implementation;
  • Preparation of reports for weekly and semi-annual meetings and presentations;
  • Development of a Business Calendar for the season and full compliance with the deadlines of each stage;
  • Development of templates for the implementation of key department processes (presentation of the concept, HTS, competitor monitoring, Retail Audit. Organization and control of the timeliness of these processes, and most importantly - development of the results of these processes;
  • Development and implementation of a strategic plan for the development of the development department (optimization of processes, search and training of personnel).
Requirements:
  • Willingness to relocate;
  • Fluent Russian language;
  • Managerial experience is a must;
  • Experience in a similar position is a must.
