We are looking for a talented business analyst to drive successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 field service solution evaluating business requirements of the customers and converting them into technical specifications. Working closely with end-users, technical team and different stakeholders, you will oversee the efficient configuration, customization, and roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst
- Proven track record of successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service implementation
- Skilled in system configuration, customization, and data management within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for converting business requirements into practical solutions
- Highly organized and able to work independently without guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
Nice to have:
- MS Dynamics certification (MB-240)
- Pre-sales experience
Responsibilities:
- Interact with potential customers to gain a clear understanding of their needs and goals
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to gather, analyze and document requirements
- Convert business needs into functional specifications
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 field service based on customer requirements
- Work closely with developers to execute requirements and resolve issues
- Provide user training sessions when needed
- Provide ongoing support for post-implementation
