We are looking for experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service to join our dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering AND strong technical background with 5+ years of software development experience OR equivalent
- Min 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. This includes configuration, customization and ability to design solutions using the product
- Min 2+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid/on-premise infrustructure, architecture design, migrations
- Proficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 Field service with other Microsoft and third-party applications
- Strong knowledge of Azure and other Microsoft cloud technologies
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform and its integration with Dynamics 365
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Life Cycle Services and Data Migration Framework
- Excellent understanding of business processes in field service
- Strong analytical abilities in resolving complex challenges and delivering practical solutions, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a technical team
Nice to have:
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with cloud-based ERP/CRM solutions
- Pre-sales experience
Responsibilities:
- Interact with potential customers to gain a clear understanding of their needs and goals
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to gather, analyze and document requirements
- Convert business needs into functional specifications
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 field service based on customer requirements
- Work closely with developers to execute requirements and resolve issues
- Provide user training sessions when needed
- Provide ongoing support for post-implementation
