Job responsibilities

  • Full administrative support to Golf director. Making appointments (work and personal), follow the calendar of meetings, reminding, support on meetings when needed, arranging signing documents;
  • Be involving in the process of arranging all golf tournaments. Meeting members, support in needed administrative issues relating facilities of the club, work close with event manager and art director relating theme of tournament, approval of trophies, the total number of participants in tournament and other;
  • Arranging budget of golf department. approval with finance department, follow up incl. arranging signing invoices, closing documents;
  • Be responsible for communication with members relating to info about tournament when it’s needed (feedback, making official letters to members and so on);
  • Selecting for members branded uniform incl. for international, interclubs tournaments;
  • Arranging all abroad golf trips for members (tickets, trip schedule, accommodation and other);
  • Making official letters to member according rules, opportunity to sign up for tournaments, making video stories, texts for social media.
  • ravel support: coordinating all business trips (booking tickets, accommodation, transfers, reporting to finance department);
  • Preparing drafts of contracts and be responsible of following up electronic system contracts approval of golf department;
  • Translation from Russian into English and back when needed, synchronous interpretation incl.at the meetings and translating golf directors’ speech into Russian during ceremonies of awarding;
  • Gaining information, search necessary information through the Internet at request of golf director;

Requirements for the position

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the position of personal assistanсe/ administrative assistance;
  • English is a must (Upper intermediate level oral and written);
  • Ability to solve problems/issues;
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily tasks;
  • Ability to communicate openly and be proactive;
  • Ready to find compromise in any conflict situation at any level with different type of people.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ready for short business trips abroad when needed.

We offer

  • Permanent contract;
  • Work schedule 5/2. Working hours 09:00 till 18:00; Due to tournamnets and events can be delays in work.
  • From May 1 till October 31 basic weekends on Mondays and other day during week after approval with golf director. From November 1 till April 30 weekends are on Saturday and Sunday;
