Hello! My name is Kate, and I am an HR manager at Business Booster company. Our holding consists of 5 divisions with offices in the USA and Taiwan.

We have a range of products for business owners and top-level managers. For 15 years, we have been helping entrepreneurs free themselves from operational tasks, build management systems, and scale their businesses.

Our holding is expanding, and we are launching a new IT project, introducing new educational programs and directions. We plan to offer our services to a larger audience of entrepreneurs in English and Spanish.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team, someone with a passion for developing skills in product marketing and growth hacking.

Your role will involve managing all criteria that impact the quality and success of the product, from defining the target audience, packaging the product, building sales funnels to the channels and methods of communication we will use.

It is important to note: in our work we use a service for recording and working time control, which is configured on the computer and takes screenshots of the desktop.

Responsibilities include:

  • Devising a scheme for interacting with potential customers through sales funnels, utilizing landing pages, email campaigns, messenger communication, and other channels for stable sales growth.
  • Organizing a system of analytics for key indicators of promotion and sales, regularly monitoring these metrics.
  • Drafting specifications for the creation of advertising materials: landing pages, emails, presentations, videos, webinars, and other promotional elements.
  • Organizing and overseeing technical improvements to the sales funnel and integrations with all necessary services.
  • Supervising contractors for targeted advertising and other traffic channels, working on increasing the efficiency of these channels.
  • Coordinating the team of the promotion department, setting priorities in tasks to achieve results most efficiently.
  • Regularly interacting with the sales department, influencing the achievement of sales plans, providing them with materials to understand the product, receiving feedback on lead quality, participating in the improvement of the CRM system, etc.
  • Packaging and launching new company products.
  • In the future: participating in strategic sessions for the company's development in the USA, proposing the implementation of additional products to increase market share and company profits.

The ideal candidate for this position:

  • Has experience launching projects in the EdTech field.
  • Is familiar with sales funnels, the GetCourse service, and wants to develop in the promotion of info products, consulting, and online education.
  • Can write quality meaningful texts to prepare prototypes of landing pages, email texts, and set clear tasks for colleagues and contractors.
  • Understands lead generation at a level necessary for controlling contractors for targeted advertising.
  • Has a good taste to control the work of a designer but understands that design in internet marketing is not the most crucial factor.
  • Is ready to delve into all the processes of launching a sales funnel and, if necessary, work hands-on: write texts, make simple edits to design layouts, understand the intricacies of automating processes and integrating with third-party services.
  • Can delegate routine tasks to team members and contractors.
  • Is ready to adopt successful actions and new developments in internet marketing in the USA and apply them in the Russian-speaking space.

  • Our employees and experts work in different time zones from New York to Taipei. Be prepared for some meetings and team interaction to take place in the evening if you are, for example, in Eastern Europe.
  • Compensation: base salary + KPI for implemented projects.
