You will be working with:
- Handle incoming requests from the website and CRM
- Qualify and assess new leads
- Maintain the CRM system in line with company standards
- Monitor the progress of assigned leads as they move through the sales process with managers
- Use company-approved tools for client communication
- Attend meetings with the pre-sales manager and provide task completion updates
- Review sales managers' deals to ensure compliance with company standards
- Analyze and log information from sales calls and meetings in a report
- Submit daily and monthly performance reports to sales department leadership
- Meet daily client call targets
- Conduct daily scripted calls to re-engage leads and reintegrate them into the sales pipeline
- Meet monthly qualified lead targets
- Forward re-engaged client requests to the designated sales manager
