You will be working with:

  • Handle incoming requests from the website and CRM
  • Qualify and assess new leads
  • Maintain the CRM system in line with company standards
  • Monitor the progress of assigned leads as they move through the sales process with managers
  • Use company-approved tools for client communication
  • Attend meetings with the pre-sales manager and provide task completion updates
  • Review sales managers' deals to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Analyze and log information from sales calls and meetings in a report
  • Submit daily and monthly performance reports to sales department leadership
  • Meet daily client call targets
  • Conduct daily scripted calls to re-engage leads and reintegrate them into the sales pipeline
  • Meet monthly qualified lead targets
  • Forward re-engaged client requests to the designated sales manager
