We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join the team at SPA Hotel Jägala Juga. This is a remote position offering the opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic work environment.

Job Details:

• Position: part-time (flexible schedule);

• Location: Remote;

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and Russian;

• Fluency in Estonian (preferred);

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel;

• Exceptional attention to detail;

• Strong sense of initiative and responsibility;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling guest communication, including responding to inquiries and ensuring all details are clarified;

• Managing Google calendars for bookings, payments, and scheduling steam masters;

• Proactively upselling services before bookings, and conducting calls to clients (including castdev calls) .

• Handling marketing related tasks .
