Adrian Magnus is a leading manufacturer of premium cigars and humidors, recognized for crafting the best tasting and highest quality cigars in the industry. As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Sales Supervisor to drive our sales initiatives and enhance our customer relationships.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will oversee and manage a dynamic team of sales agents across multiple countries. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies, guiding your team to meet and exceed sales targets, and building a robust sales structure from the ground up. Your leadership and vision will be crucial in driving business growth and achieving our sales objectives.

What we would like from you:

  • Supervise and manage a team of sales agents across multiple countries to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and effective customer engagement to sales agents.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives set by the Company.
  • Identify and prospect new clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the company’s products.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network with potential clients and stay informed on industry developments.

What we need from you:

  • Residency in Spain is mandatory (Marbella, Malaga or Madrid)

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a leadership position within B2B sales, specifically in the physical products sector
  • Capable of establishing processes from scratch, drafting regulations and instructions, conducting training for sales agents, setting targets, and motivating staff
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar is mandatory
  • Residency in south of Spain is a must-have (Marbella, Malaga, Estepona, Benalmádena and surrounding areas)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English at a minimum of C1 level, knowledge of the Russian language is desirable
  • A reliable means of transportation, and a willingness to travel for industry events and to meet clients
  • Personal Qualities: proactive, initiative-driven, analytical thinking, leadership skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
  • Driving licence

Working conditions:

  • Work schedule is 5/2 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Madrid time)
  • Base salary, plus bonuses and commissions!
