Functions:
- Coordinating function perimeter QCPD objectives of the project;
- Managing electrics&electronics parts development, validation with technical regulation requirements etc.;
- Development of electrics&electronics architecture and components for new models and optimization of current models under cooperation with other party (Vehicle EE architecture, Body E/E, Chassis E/E, ADAS, IVI etc.;
- Tracking and monitoring the main project performance indicators of each component, assure feature delivery and release;
- Localization of key components;
- Responsible for QCD (Quality, Cost, Deadline) for E/E new models and current model components (developing work plans in the project planning wizard, managing development processes, reporting key milestones of projects, and developing corrective action plans);
- Manage supplier activities: track the status of component development, production and delivery, approval, delivery schedule, and quality management;
- Manage the implementation of component engineering changes;
- Develop component testing plans, track status;
- Record components issues, propose countermeasures and implement them (including market complaints, test failures, etc.)
- Cross functional collaboration (test & validation, production, procurement, etc.) to ensure information sharing and decision-making implementation;
- Responsible for coordination of all software delivery from individual system and integration of cross-function system, final release of these software based on all test & validation results;
- Troubleshooting of all E/E issues during all levels of test validation, HIL, Labcar and Vehicle Intensive test,and support the sensor calibration on ME line, participate the tuning of calibration equipment;
- Develop processes and standards related to design and development in this field;
- Integrate departments such as business, procurement, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales to provide design output, guidance, and user needs, while also promptly responding to technical dependencies raised by upstream and downstream departments in the value chain;
- Collaborative promotion of forward-looking technology strategies and technology planning in related fields.
- Higher technical education, electrics&electronics engineering experience;
- At least 8 years of experience in automotive industry (Engineering EE);
- Electronic information engineering, automation, mechanical electronics, computer and other electronic related majors;
- Background in management in advanced engineering, electronics&electrics preferably in the automotive industry;
- Familiar with the regulatory requirements of the automotive industry, master the development process of automotive products, the characteristics of job tasks in the field, as well as the business processes and operational methods;
- Supplier management experience;
- High capability of analyzing potential risks and issues.
