ZOOD is a digital lending platform that promotes financial inclusion by providing innovative and affordable financial solutions to more than 300 million individuals and SMEs in Pakistan, Uzbekistan and Lebanon. Headquartered in Switzerland, ZOOD has ten offices serving more than 10 million users in fast-growing emerging FinTech markets. As an OrientSwiss brand, the company provides a holistic ecosystem of FinTech (ZOODPay), e-commerce (ZOODMall) and e-logistics services (ZOODShip), with lending at the center of its operations.

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Brand Manager to join our team and develop the company's brand strategy. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and knowledge in marketing and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

-Analyses market trends and consumer behaviour: Monitors market changes and consumer behaviour to adapt the brand.
-Predicts consumer trends: Anticipates what consumers will want in the future to keep the brand relevant.
-Collaborates with design and marketing teams: Works with teams that create visual materials and marketing strategies.
-Develops and implements brand campaigns: Plans and conducts campaigns to promote the brand.
-Monitors social media and online advertising: Tracks brand presence in social media and online advertising.
-Reviews advertising materials for brand compliance: Ensures all advertising materials align with brand image across all channels.
-Conducts competitor research: Studies what competitors are doing to improve brand positioning.

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in marketing or branding.
-Fluency in Russian, Uzbek, and English.
-Deep understanding of the local market, target audience, and modern marketing trends.
-Developed strategic and analytical thinking skills.
-Proven experience in conceptual design and development of new brands.
-Strong communication skills and presentation experience.
-Familiar in digital marketing (SMM, contextual advertising, SEO).


Working hours: 9:00-18:00
Office-based position, remote work is not allowed.
