Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Astana and Almaty branches (correspondence, calls, appointments, office supplies).
  • Organize business trips for staff (bookings, transport, documents).
  • Assist company visitors (visa, accommodation, transport, registration, reports).
  • Translate documents and provide interpretation during meetings.
  • Manage service providers and oversee accounting document flow between offices.
  • Interact with migration services for foreign visitor registration.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative work over 3 years.
  • Understanding of working principles with migration services and travel support.
  • University Degree.
  • English language proficiency - fluent.

Conditions:

  • Location: Astana.
  • Working hours: 5/2, from 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM / to 17:30 PM to 18:30 PM.
