Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Astana and Almaty branches (correspondence, calls, appointments, office supplies).
- Organize business trips for staff (bookings, transport, documents).
- Assist company visitors (visa, accommodation, transport, registration, reports).
- Translate documents and provide interpretation during meetings.
- Manage service providers and oversee accounting document flow between offices.
- Interact with migration services for foreign visitor registration.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative work over 3 years.
- Understanding of working principles with migration services and travel support.
- University Degree.
- English language proficiency - fluent.
Conditions:
- Location: Astana.
- Working hours: 5/2, from 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM / to 17:30 PM to 18:30 PM.
