International company, the world's leading brand, effective complete solutions for bathrooms and kitchen equipment is looking for E-commerce Key Account Manager in Central Asia, Caucasus and Mongolia, location Almaty.

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts in online trading, business development and the use of new technologies to optimize sales and improve user experience.

  • Key account management:
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with key online partners and retailers.
    • Plan and execute sales strategies to increase sales of plumbing and water systems.
  • Development and application of new technologies:
    • Research and application of innovative technology solutions such as AI to optimize online trading.
    • Implementation of AI tools to personalize offers, analyze consumer data and forecast sales.
  • Strategic planning and analysis:
    • Analysis of the market, competitors and trends in the sales of plumbing and water systems.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, improve user experience and optimize pricing.
  • Product portfolio management:
    • Monitoring and analysis of sales in various categories of plumbing and water systems.
    • Cooperation with suppliers to expand the range and introduce new products.
  • Marketing and promotion:
    • Coordination of marketing campaigns and promotions to increase visibility and sales of products in online channels.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.
  • Reporting and analytics:
    • Preparation of regular reports on sales, KPIs and strategy effectiveness.
    • Inputting data and processing reports into CRM. Including corporate CRM (SalesForce and others).
    • Analyze data to identify opportunities for operational improvement and process optimization.
  • Digital transformation
    • Knowledge sharing within CA/CAU team.

  • The Employee shall also fulfill and act on oral and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of his/her immediate supervisors, other competent officials and authorized representatives of the Employer, if necessitated by business requirements and, therefore, deemed to be production assignments.

The Employee reports to Leader, E-Commerce and Digital Marketing, Central Asia, Caucasus and Mongolia, LIXIL EMENA.
