Обязанности:
  • Forecasting: drive the process and d­evelopment of Monthly/Quarterly forecasts, Budgets, Latest Estimates and MTP plans (data collection, reviewing and challenging, validation and reporting);
  • Monthly Business Review (MBR): Conduct budget monitoring and variance analysis. Provide accurate, reliable, timely business Dashboards and comments for business performance. Support and contribute to regular MBR, ensure financial and qualitative KPIs are met. Deliver analysis and insight on business opportunities, providing options and scenarios for business decisions;
  • Cashflow & Balance sheet management: forecast and secure the cash needs, improve working capital, work closely with regional cash team on building sustainable cash strategy;
  • Strategic Vision: monitor external environment such as macro factors, competitors’ movements and recommend appropriate course of strategic actions where applicable;
  • Monthly / Quarterly closing: supervise accuracy of management reporting package (P&L, BS, CF, Supplemental forms & disclosure) prepared by Chief accountant, ensure correct transformation of local financial statement to IFRS (accruals, provisions, reclasses, adjustments) with respect to group and statutory deadlines & guidelines;
  • Management Reporting: prepare and supervise management reporting in group systems;
  • Audit: ensure successful annual audit completion, including revision of prepared answers and necessary documents;
  • Accounting: drive building of local accounting policies and approach in accordance with statutory and company requirements and rules. Ensure compliance of all finance policies;
  • Taxes & Transfer pricing: insure implementation of optimum and safe tax policy, regulation of relations with tax and other similar authorities, as well as preparation of necessary documentation and calculations for transfer pricing;
  • Internal controls: integrate risk management controls and compliance reviews within the functions.
Требования:
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in finance controlling, including 2-3 years of managerial experience
  • Experience in FMCG/Retail
  • Accounting background is a plus
