We are seeking highly motivated Recruiters to join our global recruitment team. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. We welcome applications from both employees and freelancers who are passionate about sourcing and engaging top talent across diverse regions.

Languages and Regions:

  1. English and German: To cover Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other German-speaking regions.
  2. English and Dutch: To cover the Netherlands and other Dutch-speaking areas in Europe.
  3. English and Norwegian: To cover Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and other Scandinavian countries.
  4. English and Japanese: To cover Japan and neighboring countries in Asia.
  5. English and Spanish/Portuguese: To cover Spain, Latin America, Brazil, and parts of North America.
  6. English and Arabic: To cover the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
  7. English and Thai: To cover Thailand and neighboring regions.
  8. English and Vietnamese: To cover Vietnam and neighboring regions.

Responsibilities and Functions

  1. Talent Acquisition:

    • Source, attract, and engage candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
    • Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, events, and strategic outreach.
    • Maintain and enhance recruitment processes and systems, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  2. Selection Process:

    • Manage requisitions, develop job descriptions, and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Conduct pre-screening and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Present highly qualified and diverse candidates to hiring managers.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Host recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate outreach activities.
    • Guide hiring managers on best practices for the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.
  4. Negotiation and Onboarding:

    • Negotiate compensation packages and benefits with candidates.
    • Facilitate seamless onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  5. Reporting and Metrics:

    • Deliver daily or weekly recruitment reports, tracking progress and key metrics for all assigned roles.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, ideally in IT or similar industries.
    • 1 year of experience working with LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
    • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and recruitment best practices.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages:
    • German, Dutch, Norwegian, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Thai, or Vietnamese, depending on the role.
