Position Overview:
The E-Retail Manager will oversee the development and execution of online retail strategies across various e-commerce beauty platforms for Parfums in Kazakhstan. This role will be responsible for enhancing brand presence, driving online sales growth, and improving customer experience through effective management of e-retail channels under maintenance by HQ. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce and retail management, with a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement e-retail strategies that align with the overall business objectives and brand vision. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • E-commerce Management: Oversee the management of the brand’s online retail presence across e-commerce platforms. Ensure all product pages are online and are in line with brand guidelines.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to assess the performance of e-retail channels. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on performance metrics to top management and HQ.
  • E-trade Marketing: Work closely with product manager, trade marketing teams to ensure optimal inventory levels for e-retail channels. Monitor stock levels and coordinate product launches and promotions effectively.
  • Customer Experience: Implement brand visual guidelines to enhance the online customer experience on e-commerce platforms.
  • Graphic design: Localizing of all online visual content, preparing all trade-marketing supportive announcements.
  • Technical Support: Brand App or any other business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail management, or digital marketing, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-retail platforms and online consumer behavior.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving online customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • English-C1.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Adobe Photoshop elementary level. (or any other graphic program)
  • Passion for beauty products and trends.
