What you have to do:
- Search and interview candidates
- Execution of management orders
- Collecting, analyzing and processing resumes, maintaining a database of candidates
- Support of business processes in the company
What do I expect from the candidate:
- Experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on Indonesian candidates
- Knowledge of the Russian language will be an advantage
- The ability to work effectively, high organization and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of English at least C1
