What You'll Do:
Handle incoming calls and correspondence
Greet guests warmly and offer tea or coffee
Manage express mail and courier services
Arrange guest passes and manage business cards
Order office supplies and handle equipment needs
Process invoices accurately and on time
Organize corporate events and assist with team activities
Collect feedback from customers
Provide administrative support to employees and management
Take on tasks assigned by management
Your Profile:
Higher education (open to candidates with no prior experience)
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Upper-Intermediate English
Creative, active, and ready to collaborate
