Role Overview:
As a mid-level lawyer, you will play a critical role in our legal team by drafting, reviewing, and managing various contractual agreements, ensuring compliance, and supporting reporting activities. Your work will help streamline our contractual processes and enhance our ability to meet regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including vendor, partnership, and service agreements
• Conduct thorough contract analysis to ensure terms align with company interests and regulatory standards
• Assist with regular reporting requirements, working closely with the SOX team, auditors, and colleagues from other companies within the group to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and support contract-related projects
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks related to contractual agreements
• Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments to provide accurate guidance

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in law (required); Master’s degree in law (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in contract law, with demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal agreements
• Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in Russian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
