What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or a related field, with a focus on the European, North American, and/or South American markets.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • A results-driven mindset and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in real-time client interaction, including handling questions and objections effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software and the ability to manage multiple communication channels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Interest in online education and a desire to learn more about the industry.
  • Fluent in both English and Russian.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs during interactions and recommending appropriate products or services.
  • Handle customer requests, prepare necessary documentation, and fulfill requirements to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts efficiently in the CRM system.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and effectively identify sales opportunities.
  • Collect customer feedback and analyze trends to propose improvements to the sales and product teams.

Conditions

  • Remote, full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in the EST time zone.
