What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or a related field, with a focus on the European, North American, and/or South American markets.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- A results-driven mindset and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in real-time client interaction, including handling questions and objections effectively.
- Experience with CRM software and the ability to manage multiple communication channels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Interest in online education and a desire to learn more about the industry.
- Fluent in both English and Russian.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs during interactions and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Handle customer requests, prepare necessary documentation, and fulfill requirements to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain and update customer accounts efficiently in the CRM system.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and effectively identify sales opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and analyze trends to propose improvements to the sales and product teams.
