Job Opening: Logistics Assistant
Beko Central Asia is looking for a highly organized and responsible Logistics Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth flow of our operations and providing support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize the payment portal for processing payments.
Review and manage clients’ claims, local records, and prepare documentation for suppliers.
Prepare and control PSS (Product Shipping Schedule).
Oversee non-KZ orders and manage loadings from Beko LLC supplier.
Maintain records of damaged products and reconcile with the warehouse team.
Verify and prepare documents for customs clearance of spare parts.
Account for incoming and outgoing documents related to logistics activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in Excel (good level).
Advanced English language skills.
Previous experience in logistics is an advantage but not essential.
Knowledge of SAP is preferable.
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and reliability.
Excellent communication skills, especially in internal coordination.
