Brand Manager, Cough and Cold, OTC

Main responsibilities:

  • Market analysis: always on monitoring of industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. HCP promotional activities through omni-channel marketing (TV, digital campaign, educational events)
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize tactics.
  • Development a strategy and implementation plan (brand plan)
  • Budgeting and building a short and long-term forecast model (SO)
  • Development and management of marketing budgets based on the business and marketing strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (trade-marketing, sales, medical etc.)

Requirements:

  • Experience in brand management, preferably in the healthcare or FMCG products for at least 3 years.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work in multitasking mode.
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Good communication skills, ability to build partnerships and work in a cross-functional environment.
  • High professional education (in marketing is a plus)
  • English Upper- Intermediate and above
