Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the international tobacco market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns, maximizing retail and e-commerce sales, and achieving measurable results in driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to the international market to promote our premium cigar products effectively across multiple channels
• Drive retail sales by collaborating with sales team, creating visually appealing displays, and implementing promotional strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience
• Coordinate and execute exhibition marketing activities to showcase our brand and products at industry events
• Manage the e-commerce platform to drive online cigar sales, optimize product listings, and enhance the customer journey through digital channels
• Lead social media campaigns to engage and grow our online audience
• Analyze and track ROI for all marketing initiatives to optimize performance and maximize results
• Lead and mentor a team of freelances to execute marketing strategies and achieve targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and ROI-driven results
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and E-commerce best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
• Excellent design sense and creativity
• Knowledge of English language skills (C1)
• Foreign passport, Schengen or/and USA visas

Working conditions:

• Full remote work from any location
• Professional service contract
• Work schedule is 5/2 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET
