We are looking for new colleague - Artwork Coordinator with strong Project Management, problem solving and communicative skills. This role is closely connected with Marketing, Packaging and Supply Chain.
Main purpose of the role:
In cooperation with internal R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory affairs teams and external Art Design Agencies, Packaging Suppliers, Artwork Coordinator (AWC) provides continuous support to Marketing project leaders in a common work of packaging print changes realization for both existent and new finished products in accordance with agreed timelines, NPI procedure frames and external contracts regulations.
Artwork Coordinator is responsible for artwork process coordination between above contributors related to foils, show boxes, boxes and other printed packaging materials supporting final packaging readiness per given both timelines and design standards. Establishes, supports at necessary level and performs further development of interaction with both internal and external art work design process leaders, participants, for timely awareness about actions to be made per given timing. By carrying out meetings, ensure effective interaction across above group for achievement of final packaging readiness by given deadline and per approved design standard.
Main responsibilities:
- Artwork for NPD (New Product Development). AWC is getting creative working files through Art Agencies. Based on the NPD system /e-mail the AWC receives an announcement and additional data (materials SAP number, EAN code, legal text) to implement. AWC combines creative part with required info via Art Agencies, alines first with internal team of approvers (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory), then delivers working files to suppliers and run final alignment with internal team, confirs printing.
- Artwork changes for existent products. Artwork changes can be initiated by different departments or functions within the company. These changes always are sent to the AWC. These changes traffic coordination is one of main efforts of AWC routine work. The artwork coordinator takes responsibility for the process and decides on the follow up that is needed here and who to involve.
- Acts as NPD system user. Provides AWC related steps status.
- Export NPDs – project manager role for locally produced SKUs
Our expectations for candidates:
- Higher education (polygraphy/printing, food industry, marketing, engineering is preferable);
- Work experience in either Purchasing/R&D/Marketing/Packaging Production roles at least 3 years and preferably some experience in any printed packaging materials for FMCG/Food businesses;
- Proficiency in English (strong intermediate and higher, for written and oral communication),
- Good Project management skills: experience of leading/contributing to either local or corporate founded projects (proven track record),
- Networking skills to build network internally and externally (strong facilitator, team player, communicator),
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (good knowledge/confident user)
- Knowledge of artwork and artwork requirements in Food is going be critical candidate advantage
