Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a high level of customer service for clients using our fuel cards.
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (consultations, troubleshooting, providing product and service information).
- Promptly resolving issues related to fuel card services (card replacement, blocking, activation, changing limits, etc.).
- Collaborating with other departments (logistics, finance, IT) to resolve customer issues.
- Maintaining customer reports and databases.
- Proactively proposing solutions to improve customer experience and optimize service operations.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in logistics, transportation, or fuel card sales).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Spanish Proficiency: C1 level or higher
- English Proficiency: C1 level or higher
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and stress resistance.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information and multitask.
- Proficiency in computer programs (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Basic knowledge of logistics is a plus.
