Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: sourcing and recruiting candidates for open positions within established timelines

Interview Coordination: scheduling and organizing interviews, facilitating meetings between candidates and department heads

Candidate Management: processing applications through online platforms, issuing job offers, sending rejection letters, and maintaining communication with candidates
-
Candidate Database: managing and updating the talent pool database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
-
Onboarding Process: coordinating new hires’ first day activities and ensuring smooth integration into the organization
-
HR Documentation: collecting and organizing new employee paperwork, assisting with personnel file management
-
HR Projects: contributing to various initiatives and projects within the Human Resources department
-
Performance Reporting: preparing and presenting recruitment KPIs and other HR-related metrics reports
Requirements:
-
Proven Experience in successful recruitment of various job positions is mandatory
-
Proficiency in PC with advanced knowledge of MS Office; experience with 1C:ERP is a plus
-
Candidate Database Management experience including preparation of recruitment reports
-
HR Administration Experience (hiring, transfers, terminations, leaves, business trips, insurance) will be considered an advantage
