We continue to expand the team and is looking for a CRM Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize communication channels, including email, SMS to ensure effective and timely delivery of CRM campaigns;
– Implement A/B testing to refine messaging and improve response rates;
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM initiatives;
– Analyze player behavior and engagement patterns to identify opportunities for improvement;
– Providing regular reports and feedback to management;
– Participate in team planning meetings;
– Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer communication;
– Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer retention and loyalty;
– Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, player retention, and other relevant metrics;
Requirements
– Desire to learn and develop in the field of CRM and customer communications.
– Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
– Ability to work effectively in a team
– Good written communication and copywriting skills in English;
– Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS;
– Knowledge of CRM systems (especially platform Softswiss);
