With a range of over 17,000 items from 185 global brands, 55 of which are exclusive partnerships, we are committed to expanding our ecosystem of partners and clients in project distribution.

Currently, we are actively expanding our retail network, particularly the Mi Store, offering a wide range of Xiaomi products. We are presented in 25+ flagship stores across Kazakhstan and through the official online store mi.com.kz.


Duties:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within assigned product categories
  • Assist in developing category strategies and goals
  • Analyze sales data and consumer insights to drive decision-making
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to execute category plans
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and promotions

Requirements and skills:

• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data
• Strong leadership capabilities
• English language (upper intermediate or advanced level) Chinese language (HSK-5.6)
• Stress-resistant, responsible, conscionable
• MS Excel (Advanced level)
• Talent in negotiations and networking
• Strong leadership capabilities
