Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the Sales Director’s schedule (meetings, negotiations, business trips
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales analytics
  • Collect and process data for KPIs and sales planning
  • Draft business correspondence and internal documents
  • Coordinate communication between sales, logistics, and marketing departments
  • Assist in planning and hosting meetings with clients and partners
  • Monitor task completion within the sales team
  • Organize internal events and business trips when required

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably in a similar role (assistant, sales coordinator, office manager, administrator)
  • High level of multitasking, attention to detail, and time management
  • Strong skills in business correspondence and report preparation
  • Excellent communication skills and readiness to work in a dynamic atmosphere
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • English proficiency is a must
