Your Role:

As a Customer Service Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with Clients: Use your language skills (English, French, or German) to build strong relationships with international clients.
  • Data Research & CRM: Conduct research, prepare reports, and manage client data in our CRM system.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Attract new clients through inbound and outbound communication, and ensure their satisfaction by providing top-notch service.
  • Closing Deals: Consult clients on our products and services, and close deals to drive business growth.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Language Skills: B2+ proficiency in English, French, or German (TOEFL or IELTS certification is a plus).
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer support, or negotiation is a big advantage.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Team Player: A positive, communicative, and ambitious individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Goal-Oriented: A strong desire to achieve results and grow professionally.
