Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support IT infrastructure, including cloud environments, servers, networks, voice systems, and other related components. This includes:
    • Hands-on technical management of existing IT infrastructure.
    • Collaborating closely with the IT teams to ensure timely, robust, and comprehensive service delivery.
    • Working in collaboration with global teams to perform designing, planning, and implementing solutions to enhance infrastructure resilience and reduce failures.
    • Rapidly responding to any IT-related critical issues.
    • Performing impact assessments of infrastructure change requests as part of the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
  • Ensure compliance with IDT standards (e.g., SOx, GOM, Control Navigator) concerning technology services, which includes:
    • Conducting and evolving IDT Service Continuity plans and testing.
    • Vulnerabilities and patch management.
    • Developing and maintaining infrastructure documentation and reports.
  • Provide consistent technology services across both global and local operations within the CCA cluster (Caucasus and Central Asia - Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan).
Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery.
  • Fluent in English and Russian, both written and verbal communication.
  • Technical experience with:
    • Cloud platforms (VMware, Azure, AWS) and on-premises infrastructure.
    • Operating systems (Windows Servers, Linux related), networks (Cisco/Meraki), and firewalls.
    • Databases such as MS SQL and PostgreSQL.
    • IT security and data protection practices.
    • Backup and recovery solutions.
    • Creating architecture documentation.
