Job Type: Full-Time (18:00-02:00)
Reason: Currently, we have only one person working during this time. To ensure backup and minimize risks, especially during sick leave or absences, we need an additional person.
- Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email channels.
- Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for customers with any questions.
- Deadline: As soon as possible
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (Russian and Uzbek are a plus).
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support or a related field.
- Higher Education degree (not essential).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
