We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join the Servers.com team and support our President in a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the President’s daily schedule, coordinate the work calendar, and oversee important dates and events.
- Plan and arrange both business and personal trips, including ticket reservations, hotel bookings, and transfer arrangements.
- Assist in organizing meetings and negotiations.
- Handle personal tasks such as reservations, procuring items, and managing logistics and deliveries.
- Provide information and support on various matters as needed.

- Fluent in English (negotiations, business correspondence).
- Previous work experience in positions such as travel manager and executive assistant.
- Ability to work in an environment of ambiguity and tight deadlines.
- Skills in business self-presentation.
