Online school sales manager (LatAm)

NovaKid - Novakidschool.com (online-school for children 4 -12 years old, in which children remotely learn English language with natives from the US and the UK, and according to the teaching of the relevant European standards CEFR).

We are looking for the sales manager with knowledge of Spanish and English.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Spanish - Advanced (C1/C2)
• Knowledge of English (at least B2)
• Expirience of working in sales
• Experience of working in a language school welcome
• Ability to work with a lot of information
• Responsibility and care
• Multi-tasking

Duties

• Sell online courses of English for the children 4 -12 years old

• Communicate with customers who passed the trial lesson, and “bring” customers to the Payment (whatsapp, email and phone). Record clients for a trial session, assign the day and time of the trial session

• Communication with clients via calls and chats

• Lead the client's history in CRM

Conditions

• Remote work. We are very good at it!
• 40 hours per week
• One working day on weekend
• Working time from 18:00 pm till 3:00 am by Moscow time
