We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Deputy Head of VIP Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and monitoring of the main KPIs;
- Design and manage VIP loyalty programs
- Oversee the management of high-value VIP clients, ensuring personalized and exceptional service.
- Mentor, and manage the VIP team
- Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to develop tools and features that enhance the VIP experience.
- Explore new technologies (e.g., AI, CRM systems) to improve VIP management and personalization
- Organize exclusive events, physical gifts for VIP players.
- Coordinating with departments to improve VIP segment;
- VIP promo plan preparation;
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in gaming industry;
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills;
- Data-driven and User-oriented approach is a must;
- Experience in team management;
- Knowledge of different CRM systems and experience in setting up the trial, and onboarding processes using them (Intercom, WA messengers, Customer.io)
- Experience and knowledge working with main KPIs such as Retention Rate, GGR, NGR, ARPU;
- Knowledge of analytical tools, excel. Ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues;
- English — Upper intermediate level (B2).
