Hello! We are the Recruiting team at Syberry. Currently, our team consists of 7 recruiters working at different stages of the recruiting pipeline. As the company is actively growing, we are currently looking for a Middle Recruiter to help us achieve our common goal.   • Our recruiting process is partially automated, company management is committed to continuous process improvement.
  • We have a big database of candidates.
  • We have a custom ATS that is integrated into the system that manages all company processes.
  • Other Syberry teams do their best to help recruiters: HR marketers promote open vacancies, and Syberry Academy educates new hires if they lack any technical skills.
  • Our recruiters have an equal say in who we hire, just like the technical specialists.
  • Training materials.

What you'll be doing:

  • Participating in the full cycle of searching and recruiting candidates from the IT sphere: screening and selecting suitable resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Identifying and processing the needs of internal customers and consulting them on recruitment processes.
  • Composing job descriptions and posting them on job sites and social networks.
  • Maintaining a candidate database.
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Helping improve processes in the Recruiting service.

What are we looking for in you?

  • You have at least 2,5 years of experience in recruiting.
  • You understand and can effectively use modern candidate search tools.
  • You know what a competency-based interview is and have experience in conducting interviews.
  • You have strong communication and analytical skills. You are curious, observant, and attentive to details.
  • You are responsible and have a high level of self-organization.
  • You are proactive and able to make decisions and confidently defend your point of view.
  • You have an English proficiency level of at least Intermediate +.
  • You're interested in recruiting and strive for professional and personal development.
