Working Schedule 5/2 Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

-Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including networking, referrals, calls.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored consulting solutions.

-Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and value proposition to prospective clients.

-Collaborate with the consulting team to develop customized proposals that address client challenges and goals.

-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.

-Provide continuous feedback to management regarding sales strategies and potential areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in management consulting or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate client needs and propose effective solutions.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive company culture.
