Viterra Kazakhstan is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide outsourced HR services under a civil contract (ГПХ). This is not a job vacancy but an opportunity for contractual cooperation.
Services to be provided:
- Managing HR documentation (contracts, additional agreements, terminations)
- Assisting in recruitment: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating applicants. Preparing reports required by legislation as well as internal corporate reports.
- Planning and coordinating team training sessions.
- Conducting performance assessments and preparing relevant reports.
- Developing and implementing new HR policies/procedures as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR.
- English proficiency (upper-intermediate or higher).
- Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of Kazakhstan.
- Experience in HR documentation and recruitment.
Terms of cooperation:
- Service-based engagement under a civil contract (ГПХ), not an employment agreement.
