We are looking for a proactive and responsible Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of forming a new FP&A department. You will not only work with financial analysis and forecasting but also contribute to building key processes, automating reporting, and implementing best financial management practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annual).

  • Consolidation of management reporting for C-Level executives.

  • Automation and optimization of financial processes, dashboards, and reporting.

  • Analysis of key financial and operational metrics, identifying growth opportunities.

  • Collaboration with business units, developing recommendations for cost optimization and profitability improvement.

  • Handling ad-hoc requests: on-the-fly data analysis and financial scenario modeling.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial consulting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (Power Query + Pivot required), financial modeling, and SQL (a plus).

  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar).

  • Deep understanding of financial reporting and management accounting.

  • English level B2+ (working with international reports).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (experience in fintech is a plus).
