Work format: office, relocation to Cyprus, Limassol. (300 days of the sun on the island, Mediterranean coast, international job environment, and strong team).

Responsibilities:

  • Improving the monitoring system and related services;
  • Engage in the development of the monitoring platform as a service;
  • Implementation of analytical tools for identifying anomalies in work;
  • Designing comprehensive observability;
  • Architecting solutions that handle large volumes of data while remaining highly available;
  • Developers and projects devops engineers supporting;
  • Shift duty;
  • Monitoring of all services, and equipment, as well as promptly respond to incidents;
  • Improving the monitoring system and related services;
  • Automating Dashboard and Alert Configuration;
  • Continuous Improvement and Tool Evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Linux OS administration experience (CentOS, Fedora CoreOS, Ubuntu);
  • Experience with Gitlab CI/CD;
  • Experience writing and debugging Ansible roles;
  • Experience in describing infrastructure in Terraform;
  • Experience in installing and configuring Nginx, Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager, VictoriaMetrics, Sentry, Elasticsearch, Vector;
  • Experience with helm chart;
  • Experience in writing bash/python scripts;
  • Understanding of the basic virtualization and containerization principles;
  • Understanding of DevOps, IaC, PaaS methodology, and principles of TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, and RESTful applications.

It will be a plus:

  • Experience with eBPF‐based observability;
  • Contributions to open‐source monitoring projects or active community involvement;
  • Advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills at the kernel or network level;
  • Hands‐on experience with distributed tracing;
  • Scripting or lightweight development expertise (Python, Go, etc.) for custom tooling.
