- Analyze CRM metrics to identify growth opportunities, customer segmentation, and retention strategies;
- Assess the impact and profitability of CRM campaigns, lifecycle marketing initiatives, and personalization efforts;
- Conduct A/B testing on customer engagement strategies, optimizing targeting, timing, and messaging;
- Maintain and improve documentation on CRM analytics, campaign performance, and automation processes;
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance customer journeys, loyalty, and overall user experience;
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure high-quality CRM data flows and develop actionable dashboards.
Требования
- 3+ years in data analytics or product analytics;
- Strong analytical mindset with a balance between business impact and resource efficiency;
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Redash);
- Solid mathematical background, including statistics, optimization, and causal inference;
- Experience in analyzing large datasets and designing data marts for product needs.
