Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight 4: Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2 and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

Currently, we are looking for an Internal Communications Manager for our studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating content for internal corporate resources: writing digests, news updates, and informing employees about changes.

  • Conducting employee surveys and crisis communication.

  • Organization and execution of internal events, from budget development and approval to implementation: lectures, knowledge-sharing sessions, internal conferences, and holidays.

  • Supporting and developing corporate culture: working with company values and fostering employee initiatives.

  • Developing a unified information space: managing internal communication channels, event calendars, writing digests and key communications, updating the internal knowledge base and portal structure, and assisting teams in effectively communicating any news

  • Participation in the development of achievement recognition programs: competitions, project of the year, and gratitude mechanisms.

  • Executing the strategy for internal communications and corporate culture.

  • Organizing the collection of employee feedback.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in creating and/or developing corporate culture for a team of over 500 people in an IT company.

  • Experience working with content: ability to write texts of any length, clearly and accurately convey ideas, and identify newsworthy topics.

  • Experience in developing and implementing projects aimed at increasing employee motivation and engagement.

  • Skills in organizing events and projects of various formats and purposes.

  • Creativity and the ability to generate ideas for different target audiences.

  • Systematic approach: from gathering requests/needs of internal clients to implementing ideas and solving tasks.

  • Independence and proactivity.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in growing the company's internal online store, including merchandise development and procurement.

  • Skills with graphic design tools.

  • Passion for gaming.
