Reservation Agents make guests' stay unforgettable, so they return to our property again. They greet and register guests and provides prompt and courteous service, resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel, upgrades guests, as required. Reservation Agents promote hotel services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.
What does RESERVATION AGENT do in Hotel?
- Leading the reservation processes
- Answering external and internal calls and directing them appropriately
- Responding to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Knowing the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout
- Preparing group resume, necessary reports
- Checking and answering emails
What is REQUIRED for this position?
- Previous experience in Front Office or Reservation in hotels
- Fluent level of written and spoken English, Kazakh, and Russian
- Experienced user of Opera
- Accurate, punctual, responsible
- Be a good team player
