Demand Planning Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate demand forecasts in RU/UZ countries for various time horizons.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to identify and anticipate future demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify and communicate potential inventory risks and opportunities.
• Driving S&OP process in line with business strategy
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of demand planning initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis of forecast errors and identify areas for improvement in the demand planning process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in demand planning or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• English - Upper intermediate
• Analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
