Ventra is assisting in the search for a specialist for a fast-growing biotech company specializing in R&D and the production of monoclonal antibodies and biosimilars. The company has an extensive distribution network and expertise in drug registration, helping partners expand into global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish partnerships with pharmaceutical companies in China to provide in-licensing, distribution, and global expansion services.
  • Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close contracts.
  • Evaluate potential partners and analyze the market to identify new collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on registration, logistics, and other commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, or partnership management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Chinese pharmaceutical market, including regulatory and commercial aspects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (mandatory).
